Ground Breaking of Swiss-Belhotel Segara
Swiss-Belhotel Segara located in Sawangan, Nusa Dua, has just made their ground breaking ceremony on Thursday, June 25th. The event was attended by representatives from the developer, management, investor, and related government agencies. Marked by sound of horn, the construction project was also initiated by a traditional clearance ceremony.
The Director of PT Asiapac Pancamakmur Abadi the developer of the hotel, Anthony Raharjo, said that Bali remains one of the world’s best holiday destinations, making hotels always profitable businesses. “A lot of people are dreaming of a holiday and own a home in Bali. Swiss-Belhotel comes to give the right answer to those wishes”, he said.
Swiss-Belhotel Segara offers opportunitues to everybody to become a tourism enterpreneur. Will be managed by world-class hotel operator Swiss-Belhotel International, this investment opportunity guarantees lucrative return. Built to 4-star standard in a very strategic location, the hotel will come with 150 rooms. “We have a breath taking ocean views of Nusa Dua”, he added.
The project is estimated to take about 100 billion rupiah with investment opportunitues started from somewhere between 500 to 900 million rupiah. Fourteen months from now the hotel will start its operation as one of the most desired hotel accommodation on the island. “Response has been remarkable. So far 40% of available investment units have been sold out”, he said.
Exposing the marketing concept of 5-star services at 3-star price, the strategy is belived to perfectly fit the evolving Bali tourism market. “Bali is flooded by Chinese tourist seeking for cheaper accommodation. I am condident that this hotel will be full of tourists all the time”, he said.
The Chairman of Swiss-Belhotel International, Immanuel, also expressed similar optimism about Swiss-Belhotel Segara.
On the other hand, General Affair and Legal Director of PT Asiapac Pancamakmur Abadi, Eddy Wihardy, expressed their commitment to fully comply existing rules and regulations in Bali. “Some paperworks have been completed whilst awaiting for the remainder. We are now awaiting for the construction permit which we have been proposed”, he said. The commitment got an appreciation from the Head of Tourism Facilities of Badung’s Turism Office, Nyoman Suardana.
