Terrorist movement should be watched continuously, even though the institution had succeeded disabling some of its prominent. Especially for Bali, that was already a target, awareness should always maintained and do not let your guard down. As commit by the Commander of Military Region IX/Udayana Major General Hotmangaradja Pandjaitan in his office, on Thursday (17/9).

Commander of Military Region said that Military Region Commision of IX/Udayana has three provinces – Bali, NTB and NTT. The three of them have security specification. Bali who had been struck twice, remain as terrorist target. Therefore, all components should stick together to pacify to prevent the same event occurred.

While, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) province, – West Nusa of the South East – has appeared as a consolidation and preparation area. The statement from Commander of Military Region has a relationship with one terrorist arresting lived in Lombok. “So, we evaluate NTB not as terrorist target but tend to a place for consolidation,” he asserted.

Therefore the legal institution and the society should work together to make initial detection about events that happened in his territory. “NTT also can not be free from our control, said this Commander of Military Region.

It has been said by the Commander of Military Region, the effort to seize and disable terrorist net is not as easy as to reveal ordinary criminality. Therefore the awareness mind-set should be developed by all of the society component, and stand as a viewer anymore.

Commander of Udayana Military Region said that the awareness should keep to be maintained though the operations against terrorist still remain. TNI – National Troop of Indonesia and Polri – Police force of Indonesian Republic together with the society, from regency government till its lower official, including the society, political organization, should worked together in their own capacity.

He said that the society’s behavior that is remained as an observer need to be changed. Society’s behavior which thinks that kind of job was the only duty of the official one need to be clarified. Thus kind of attitude can not solve this nation problem. Therefore, a movement to clear down the terrorist is needed. If that kind of movement is existed then an act against the terrorist also needed to present.

“What I want to say here, that we shouldn’t only become an observer, but should active work together with the apparatus and regency government. Not only waiting each other. If everything we offer to the apparatus, there will be no integrality,” he stated.
