It is better to solve the main problem propose by people in Banjar Puseh, Poh Gading Pakraman Village, Ubung Kaja (North Denpasar) through an intern discussion as well as use Banjar meeting, desa adat –cultural village- or higher institution, as had been explained by the head of PHDI Bali –Indonesian Hindu Dharma Union of Bali-, I Gusti Ngurah Sudana, on Saturday (3/10).

That confirmation is said by Sudiana related to the news published in Bali Post and Denpost on Monday (28/9) “PHDI Bali is not take anybody sides in accepting people messenger under the name of Banjar Puseh People on September 26, 2009,” he said.

PHDI suggested that Banjar development problem can be solved thoughtfully and as religion council, PHDI have no right to solve a problem which has relationship with village organization since it was the responsibility of Pakraman Village council. Furthermore it also belongs to government responsibility, especially for Denpasar Government. “but if it is needed for me to become a mediator for both sides, with coordinate first with Pakraman Village Middle Council, then sit together in Denpasar regent office or any other arranged location,” said Sudana again.

Finding Peace

I gusti Ngurah Sudiana said that when he accepted Banjar Puseh people led by Konsukarta on Saturday (26/9), he gave some examples of village people who lived in peace despite of difference they have like people of Trunyan and Tigawasa. There is little of intellectual people in that village but still they live in harmony since they try hard to introspection themselves to achieve piece and harmony.

Problem faced by people in Banjar Puseh in Pohgading can be solved if all party willingly to sit together fined some solution. “Problem concerning banjar development is agreeable as long as there is authorization from the main banjar or main village. If there is action out of boundary, then it will becomes problem. That’s why it’s need a long thought,” said the head of PHDI Bali.

IGN Sudiana wandering what happened with Konsukarta and his fellows who claimed themselves as the official member of desa adapt and Banjar Pohgading can become like that. The head of PHDI Bali only delivered MUDP decision –Pakraman Village Main council- in 2007 at Samuan Tiga if it is not wrong mentioned that kasepekang sanction wouldn’t prevailed anymore before there is another new regulation to drop the old sanction. The head of PHDI Bali doesn’t agree if people of Banjar Puseh is Kasepekang –being isolated- since people they still given the right of setra –graveyard- and still lived in Pohgading Pakraman Village area still talk with people around that area, moreover for their identity card still mentioned as the member of Banjar Puseh, actually there is no problem.
