Jilly confessed that this rotating blackout makes the quantity of his clothing production disturbed, even the selling rate slowing down. About how much was his lost, Jilly said that he don’t know about the exact number. “Course, we had loss in such a large number since that blackout frequently happened in busy hours when many costumers shopping,” he complained. He also said that his party sometime gave holiday to the employees if there is announcement about rotating blackout in his office. Since there is no generator system in our office, but for our factory in Tabanan, we do have that machine.”

“Before blackout can be considered as rare to happen but now, it almost happened two or three times in a week. So, you can estimate how much production fee we have to spend every month,” said Ayu. Besides, those blackouts that didn’t under any schedule anymore disadvantage people as it is can damage their electronic households, business of office interests.

“Though we starting to get used with it, but if there is miss with the announcement beforehand, it still left some inconvenient and advantages,” said Wayan Sardi, the owner of electronic shop in Denpasar.
Blackout schedule between day and night is not according to the prior notice announced by PLN Denpasar – Nation Electricity Generator – The same with the people since they couldn’t make any preparation as what they done in last October where the schedule is fitted the prior announcement.
