Not merely the Head of Commission I DPRD Bali – Bali Regional Council – Made Arjaya, S.E.M.Si. who don’t know about the LED (Layer Electronic Display) TV, but the head of National Political Unity and Public Protection Institution (Kesbangpollinmas – Kepala Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Politik dan Perlindungan Masyarakat) in Bali, Drs. Made Artadana, M.Si. also know nothing related to that project held by that Bali Provincial Government. “We don’t know much bout that tender, it just in the hand of the tender’s committee in Bali Provincial Government,” he said when contacted on Friday, November 20th last night.

It is due to the management of the whole project is in one hand that is procurement committee of Bali Provincial Government. He also didn’t know how many that tender competitor was until won by PT Multi Wira Mandiri. He estimated the tender is held around March or April 2009 for the whole stuff in Governor Office, at Kesbangpollinmas or for the LED TV at the criss cross of Dewa Ruci is not against the regional law since that wasn’t for private or commercial business but for people in Bali itself and for the Balinese tourism also.

While the information which will be delivered is related to natural disaster, humanitarian disaster include within it also terrorism. If the LED TV stand in strategic area it certainly lot of Bali’s people as well as tourist seeing that LED TV. Moreover, that area often trapped in quite long traffic jam.

Besides, he confessed that he was ready to deliver this program into DPRD Bali and coordinating with the regency government. “We ready to socialize this disaster management program in an integrated way and simultaneously to the DPRD in Bali,” he said.

He said that this system will have its soft opening on the next December 28th.
