Bali Local Police will mobilize 1.221 personnel for “Kegiatan Operasi Cipta Kondisi” – creating condition operation activity – implementation toward 2010 Christmas and New Year celebration.

That operation also stand as an effort to face the Head of Regional election that will be held all at once in four regents/cities entire Bali on the next May 2010, as been said by the Intelligent Director of Bali Local Police, Kombes Pol Djoko Mulyono in ceremonial inclination of “Operasi Cipkon Agung 2009” at Mapolda Bali – Bali Police Headquarter – on Monday.

He said that activity has a purpose to detect every danger may occur in Christmas and New Year celebration as well as in Regional Head general election on the next May 2010.

In an effort to maintain the conducive situation of Bali’s security toward 2010 Christmas and New Year celebration as well as 2010 general election of Regional Head, there will be several anticipation steps needed that is through identification and raising.

Thus, is hoped could identified and overcome every problem develop in the middle of the community vastly.
It has been said, in order to create that kind of condition, his party has already sets out the intelligent role in supporting preventive and preemptive activity. It is hope for the Christmas and New Year celebration will run orderly and safe together with problem’s identification toward the next 2010 general election of regional head in Bali.

Relates with target of operation is the coordinators of Christmas and New Year activity, tourism agents who all used new year moment for entertainment activities, and terrorist as well as other crimes which want to take advantage in the 2010 regional head election.

Meanwhile for the location target, we will focus on religious sites, shopping area, airport, harbour, terminal, basic needs of public warehouse, General Election Commission Office and political parties’ offices in Bali.
“We also targeting every mediums and tools that perhaps could be used in crime such as gun fire, explosive substance, firecracker and other dangerous chemical substances,” he explain.

That’s why, in that ten days activity precisely form December 14th until December 23, Djoko wish for his personnel to keep doing their job seriously so all of our targets could run smoothly.
