Beach Demarcation at Nusa Penida

Head of Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (KPPT) – Integrated Licensing Service Office – staffs is conducting sudden inspection toward building that against beach demarcation at Suana area of Nusa Penida Island. Suarta was conducting the inspection after several request and complaint from some societies including the people themselves.

“Yes, We had already monitoring the situation and checked it on our own according to the people’s demand,” said Suarta on Friday (February 26) yesterday.

Suarta mentioned that the result of his investigation to Nusa Penida would soon be reported to the Klungkung Regent, Wayan Candra, on behalf of further research. Is authorization can be given for those building or not.

“To conduct further research, the regent still waiting for the team recommendation,” he said. Suarta mentioned that the building indicated violating the demarcation had asked for residential permit. Whereas, according to the local people, that building exactly was a bungalow. The owner is Basudewa who also had bungalow at Tegalbesar, Negari and Banjarangkan.

Meanwhile, Kasatpol PP Pemkab Klungkung – Head of Klungkung Local Police Civil Service – Komang Darma Suyasa stated that he was ready to execute that building built in Suana and for the time being still waiting for the decision from policyholders, whether they want to give the authorization or not. “That’s make us would executing the building as soon as they rejected to give the authorization,” he said firmly while mentioned that Klungkung Police Civil Service would conduct indiscriminate action especially toward those who had violated the local regulation of Klungkung Regency. “Whoever the people are, if they against the local regulation then make us no hesitation to act as long as our action against with is clear,” he said.
