Jembrana Tower area that also stands as this regency cultural-hall until today is ineffective. Since it development year ago this hall is rarely used. In fact, this building now used for stalls whilst when there is cultural performance, it will use another location.

In every cultural performance instead of used this building, the event just take place at Ardha Chandra stage that is in one area with Jagatnatha Temple of Jembrana. Whereas the fact that every performance take place at that temple always receive protest due to the cleanliness of the temple whether in term of waste and menstruation hindrance makes the holy area becomes impure.

Meanwhile, at Jembrana Tower, the development for that building is not yet to be seen. From Bali Post observation on Tuesday (March 2) yesterday, only one place used for gift shop center and still not maximal. It is rare for costumers to come and have shopping there.

More concerning matter can be seen from the former cultural-hall at Jalan Udayana, Negara. The roof and wall is starting to collapse. This building was formerly used for cultural performances until it get move to Ardha Chandra stage and Jagatnatha-hall. Nowadays, the building that is stand side by side with KPUD Jembrana office tend to utilize as badminton-hall. According to the plan that former cultural-hall will be renovated and make it become one of the next Porprov 2011 venue – Provincial Sport Competition – as it will become the location of boxing sport.
