Mess around National Examination with focus on exam subjects make Bali Provincial Government trauma. Bali government send their protest letter to the Percetakan Negara Republik Indonesia (PNRI) National Publisher of Indonesian Republic centralized in Jakarta. Since they fear the same events occurred once again in the next year of junior high national exam.

Information gathered by NusaBali, about National Exam for junior high started to get printed. What they feared is that the same case happened when high school national exam will happen with junior high school exam. Kadisdikpora Bali, Wayan Suasta on Tuesday (March 23) state that his party, in this case PNRI had anticipating that problem. Suasta said that his party also protested about the damage occurs upon the questions in the national exam, inappropriate between the content and the subject title of the exam cover.

“We sent this letter so the same thing would not happened anymore. Furthermore, there will be national exam for junior high school, if the same thing happened once again then our students will get more stress. Not only them, we also went through the same stress,” said Suastra.

In fact, the first day on National Exam, there is incompatibility between the questions in the booklet is not the same with the booklet title for instance is the title was Indonesia test but the content was pile of English questions. Whether in fact English will be tested in the second days of National Exam. “We anxious that there is national contents leakage,” said Suastra.

Besides, according to Suastra, another problem is the answer sheet. There is lack of number for answer sheet supply so they are force to copied it. This make they achieved 10 to 20 minutes interval awaiting for the answer sheet.

Meanwhile, when asked about PNRI responsibility, there is no compensation; Suasta mentioned that the same event would not occur once again. Tender rules mentioned that the holder will compensate the fee for problem occur due to their carelessness.

“Yesterday national exam case did not triggered national exam failure implementation. So PNRI has no obligation to compensate it,” said Suasta.

Merely, in general, the letter they sent to PNRI is about the problems occur during Ujian Nasional (UN) – National Exam – not in accordance with their expectation. “The director had already apologize and went straight to check it himself for junior high exam sheet so the same thing would not happen anymore,” said Suasta. In printing tender for high school and junior high school this year won by PNRI with IDR 1.3 billion. Lots of publishers join the tender but rejected due to their high price. The tender is not in Disdikpora hand but merely on ULP (Unit Layanan Terpadu) , procurement of goods and services Bali Government formed by Bali Governor, Made Mangku Pastika.

Just a note here, goods and service tender focused in one service unit though received lot of protests from council in fact it still run today. Before, goods and service tender is given to each of local working unit area device.
