Denpasar Government Inspected 5 Mini Markets

Authorization Agency of Denpasar City, on Wednesday conducted sudden inspection toward five mini markets to anticipate the development of this business that mostly growth like mushroom but still have no legal authorization.

The team that is also involved other agencies conduct the inspection first at the mini market in Jalan Letda Made Putra. When checked, precisely the owner has no legal authorization at all so the team suggested for the owner to manage the license immediately.

Besides, the team also has given SP1 – Warning letter 1 – to the owner, Lianto, so he will meet the Peace and Orderly Agency of Police Civil Service office at local regulation enforcement division to precede his “mini market” operational authorization immediately.

Head of Monitoring and Information Division at Authorization Agency of Denpasar city, Made Sudana said that from those four mini markets inspected, that is at Pulau Serangan Street, Ahmad Yani Street, Supratman Street and at Letda Made Putra Street, almost all of them has no authorization.

“But due to the owners have promise to proceed the authorization, the team stating their willingness to help them proceeding the authorization as long as all the procedures has been fulfilled, ” said Sudana.

He conveyed that the willingness of the owner to proceed the authorization immediately cause his party did not sealed their business temporarily. Then, if they still violated the law then his party would act decisively.
“We never restricted people who want to invest in Denpasar as long as they obey the rules,” he said.

He conveyed that his party will keep controlling and giving warn to the owner of those mini market who has not yet have their authorization up to conduct strict action through closed their business.

“We keep inspected them and ascertain that all mini market in Denpasar operated in accordance with the rule and already has authorization,” he said.

The team involved in this inspection aside from Authorization Agency was Layout Agency, Peace and Order Agency and Police Civil Service. Along with them are Industrial and Trading Agency, Law Division of Denpasar city as well as district officials.
