Bali Taxi Support Sanur Festival

Praja Bali Transportasi co. that operating Bali Taxi fleet supported “Sanur Villa Festival 2010” as a commitment to build Bali tourism image generally.

Bali Taxi Public Relationship, Nyoman Mertadi in Denpasar, Friday said that since it first established in 1994, this transportation service prioritize best service for the costumer.

“We realize, Bali as the international tourism destination need international standard transportation service,” he said.

According to Mertadi, the annual activity for “Sanur Village Festival” (SVF) and Bali Taxi are same, that is creating warm and friendly tourism image.

“There are lot of stars hotels in Bali with high taste, cultural art and beautiful nature, and there is reliable taxi transportation present,” he said.

Internally, he says, the company has build a work culture to perform Bali Taxi as a qualified and continuous transportation service supplier that could ascertain permanent welfare for all stakeholder.

SVF head committees, Ida Bagus Sidharta Putra express his gratitude toward all party’s support in order to make the annual event of Sanur Development Foundation into success.

It is said that from the synergy of people and the company that for all along move either directly or indirectly in tourism industry would make this even become greater and visited by lot of tourist.

He confessed that SVF is not merely a big event but also dedicated to increase Sanur competition ability as one of international tourism destination.

Sidharta Putra believe that through the development of this event, hotel occupancy rate would increase and could affected tourist shopping interest too.

“We hope that the length of them to stay could become longer since they eager want to see the potential they have,” he said.

At a separate place, head of Consumer Protection Institution of Bali, Putu Armaya said that according to the Article 4 Law No. 8 years 1999 regarding consumer protection, explained that the consumer has right fundamentally to achieve convenient, security and safety whilst consuming goods or services.

“The consumer in the end would choose which taxi is the best,” said the man who was born in Buleleng.

Armaya added, Bali as an international destination, appropriately has five stars transportation services.

He viewed that each operator could raise their service and did not conducted contra productive act that can bring harm for the taxi business itself.

“We hope for all company could compete healthily, not bring down each other. The tourist need standard and comfortable service,” he said.
