In order to anticipate passenger surge of Lebaran at Ubung Terminal Denpasar, Transportation Agency is preparing 180-bus armada.
“To anticipate Lebaran this year, we had prepare transportation for about 180-bus with 7.424 seats. We also prepared tens of reserve fleet,” said head of Denpasar Transportation Agency, Hari Edi, when met at Ubung Terminal Denpasar today.
Toward the prepared transportation, his party has conducted feasibility test so all fleets can depart without problems.
“We’d like also to give warning for those who violated the regulation especially for the transportation that transporting the passenger outside the terminal,” said Edi.
Driver and conductor required to have health test especially alcohol level or with any forbidden stuffs belonging.
According to Hari Edi, passenger surge estimated will happen on H-3 to H+3. Meanwhile the ticket price has been arranged under the regulation issuing by Ministry of Transportation, that is economic class pricing.
“The lowest economic ticket price is Rp 86/km/passenger meanwhile for the highest limit is Rp 139/km/passenger. Then for non-economic ticket price is adjusted by each company,” Edi said.
