Bali Police take over the thievery of sacred objects or pratima case since most of the location spread in some areas in Bali.

Head of Bali Police, Irjen Pol Hadiatmoko said that in Denpasar, on Wednesday, thievery case concerning the sacred objects usually placed at the temple now in the hand of Bali Police.

According to Hadiatmoko, the case handling transfer to Bali Police since the crime action spread in some resor area of Bali Police.

“Since the place spread in some polres location, so starting today the case has been handled by the Bali Police,” he said.

In order to comprehend that thievery case, his party has formed a team involving member from each polres whose place become the crime location that is in Badung, Gianyar, Karangasem and Klungkung.
When he was asked about number of temple broke, his party still could not ascertain it.

The team that has formed will start working when the case delegated on Wednesday.

It is said that for investigation toward several suspects such as Roberto Gamba, Gusti Lanang Sidemen, Komang Sukaya and I Gusti Putu Oka Ariadi aka Gung Aji until today still developed.

“We still deepening the investigation toward them and developing the case so it will end totally,” Hadiatmoko asserted.

Concerning some indication the involvement of Roberto Gamba, an Italian collector with international networking, he said that the police still investigate it.

It is said that nowadays Bali Police has convicted Roberto laptop and from that laptop there is probability to the network to be discovered.

“We just open his laptop and perhaps from that we could see the network there, will it send overseas or not,” he explained.
