PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bali awarded for its best service in the category of ‘courier service’ in the event of Bali Serviced Excellence Award (BSEA) 2012. The BSEA Award 2012 had given by MarkPlus Insight as business unit of MarkPlus Inc in the marketing research subject. This award proved PT Pos Indonesia Bali has given their best service to the people.

The BSEA Award 2012 directly received by Senior Manager of Post Products and Operations VIII Bali-Nusra, Kunkun Kuntoro from Founder & President of Mark Plus Inc, Hermawan Kartajaya in The Patra Bali Hotel. Assessment did by MarkPlus Insight as it based on a survey towards 1,200 customers in Bali on October-November 2011. This survey is showing the highness of people trust for PT Pos Indonesia especially courier service of PT Pos in its daily life. It is along with the effort of PT POS to maintain excellent operation.

PT Pos Indonesia will increase their service to the people to answer public trust. It appears on the service increase on collecting, transporting, processing and delivery. Collecting step is increasing quick and peak up service. Transporting step is featuring excellent service as it is reviewing accuracy and safety sides. Processing step is increasing technology information service by tracking system. At last ‘delivery’ system means right service to the right receivers.

It has been proved by PT Pos through an innovative product. The program is Today Arrived Pos Express. This innovative product is the newest service of PT Pos to fulfill people needs in sending goods. It is also covered special service for sending mail, documents or goods in Bali. The manager of Commercial and Marketing Post Office in Division VIII, Ari Parnoto is welcoming this BSEA award 2012. This award is a form of public trust towards PT Pos as it is also a challenge to increase PT Post performance.
