Paradise Updates15 Thousand Artists Participates in 34th Bali Cultural Festival
34th Bali Cultural Festival was open on June 10th. The opening of this Festival was open by 15 thousands domestic and foreign artists.
“Art team participated in the opening parade of Bali Cultural Festival coming from many regions in Indonesia such as East Java, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surakarta, Mataram, Ternate, Midst Sulawesi, Palangkaraya, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan and Maluku. There were also foreign artists from Japan, USA, India and England,” I Gede Arya Sugitha said, as one of the festival committee in Denpasar.
In this parade, thousand artists would perform varied of cultural parade, dance and unique attractions.
This 34th festival will be held one month full up to July 9th. This year festival involved 334 sekaa or art cultural groups from the nine city/regencies in Bali.
This Cultural Festival and its art activities were open by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.
