We are well settled back into school routine, school exams etc. and all feel very well rested after a wonderful 10 days in Bali.

Both Pantulan and Water Spa Villas were excellent and Tony and I couldn’t think of any faults. Pantulan was absolutely idyllic next to the rice paddy fields. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we are now sharing our holiday video and photos with family and friends and recommending that if they ever go to Bali, these two villas would be perfect places to stay.

Many thanks for your assistance with our holiday. We would love to return ourselves one day and if we do, we will be in touch with you again.

As for the Kayangan Villa – generally we were most happy. Our main complain is that the kitchen should be improved. The F&B choices for breakfast and other meals should be improved ass well as the time to serve from the time of ordering could be much improved.

The staff are all very cordial and good. There are many places as yet we have not visited in Bali, definitely we plan to visit again.

Firstly let me say a big thank you to you and Wisna and all the staff for arranging such a great holiday. In fact, if it wasn’t for Wisna’s string recommendation for Khayangan then I have no idea what we would have ended up booking. Thank you.

The villa was more wonderful that we imagined. The butlers were all wonderful and did more than enough to satisfy our every need and the chef’s ability to cook was awesome. He is very talented and impressed us with every meal. We ate out of the villa on only 3 occassions so he cooked for us quite a lot.

The grounds at the villa are huge and we had a wonderfult time.

One suggestion we have is to make available the use of a cell phone while at the villa. Perhaps you could purchase a cell phone for use by the villa residents with the understanding that if it is lost, then the renters of the villa would be responsible for its replacement. You could have a minimum amount of “time” on the SIM card with renters then responsible for topping it up.

This would really help in those first few days when you are trying to get your bearings and need to call around. It would be a very minimal expense for the villa, but would give lots of “bonus” points in the eyes of the renter.

Anyway, thanks again and there is a good chance we will be back.
